Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to build products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.

• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Product Planning & Execution

• Translate product strategy into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize the backlog using data, business impact, and customer value.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product launches.

• Work with data analytics teams to track product performance and identify improvement areas.

• Serve as the internal and external product evangelist.

Customer & Market Insight

• Collect and analyze customer feedback through various channels.

• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Ensure the product meets customer expectations and delivers a great user experience.

Performance & Impact

• Define key product metrics and track performance against goals.

• Use data to make informed decisions and continuously optimize the product.

• Create documentation such as PRDs, feature specs, and release notes.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in product management or related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Technical background or experience working with software development teams.

• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).

• Experience with user research and UX/UI processes.
