AWS Developer

We are seeking a skilled AWS Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud solutions using Amazon Web Services. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with cloud-native development, serverless architectures, and automation, with a passion for delivering high-quality, secure, and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS services.

• Build and maintain serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and EventBridge.

• Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, or similar tools.

• Integrate AWS with third-party applications and on-premises systems.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and cost.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing cloud systems using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and CloudTrail.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product.

• Ensure adherence to AWS best practices, Well-Architected Framework, and security guidelines.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2–6 years of hands-on development experience on AWS.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.

• Deep understanding of AWS core services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, API Gateway.

• Experience with serverless development and event-driven architectures.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD, containers (Docker, ECS, EKS), and IaC.

• Familiarity with security best practices (IAM policies, KMS, networking).

• Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certification(s): AWS Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, or DevOps Engineer Professional.

• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies on AWS.

• Experience in automated testing frameworks.
