Title : Senior Red Hat Linux Administrator

Job Summary:
- Serve as a Red Hat Linux Administrator for a large-scale (1000 server) Hadoop ecosystem on RHEL 8.x/9.x.
- Lead the operational management, OS patching, upgrades, and compliance for enterprise Linux environments.
- Automate system administration tasks using Ansible, BladeLogic, and Bash/Shell scripting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a high-availability, production environment.
- Build and provision Linux systems, including filesystem management (LVM, XFS).
- Perform system hardening, performance monitoring, and tuning.
- Support and manage environments in a distributed team setting.
- Prefer candidates with experience in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Cloudera.
- Cloudera Admin/Dev certification and certifications in Cloud, Docker-Container, or OpenShift technologies are a plus.
- Position is local/hybrid to Charlotte, NC, with onsite work required 3 days per week.
- 8 years of hands-on Linux system administration experience required.
