We install premium and designer flooring solutions indoor and outdoor for residential, commercial, and government clients throughout Southeast Wisconsin, with occasional travel out of state for government projects. Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Concrete Coating Technician / Apprentice. This is not just a general labor position—this role offers the opportunity to learn a specialized trade while gaining hands-on experience in a growing industry. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in quality work. Some construction or power tool experience is helpful but not required. Part-time/Seasonal position is also available for recent high school graduates or college students seeking summer employment. Perfect for those looking for experience in business operations and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
Work Schedule
- Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or part-time with a flex schedule
- Opportunity for overtime
- Occasional weekend work depending on project schedules
- Daily travel to job sites throughout Southeast Wisconsin
- Private room and meals provided when extended travel is required
- Bonus pay for projects that require evening or overnight work hours
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces using professional equipment such as floor grinders and shot blasters and various hand tools
- Repair cracks, holes, and surface imperfections to create a uniform substrate for coatings
- Assist with the installation of high-end coating systems including epoxy, polyaspartic, siloxane, stains, dyes, and more
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow installation procedures and SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY
- Ability to occasionally lift heavy objects up and down stairs
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
- Wear required PPE (personal protective equipment) when necessary
- Maintain a clean work environment within the job site and vehicles
- Support in delivering high-quality, visually appealing finished floors

- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to job sites.
