Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless experience for the dance studios, families, and partners we serve. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This position will require 10–15 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. A full-time position will expand responsibilities to include assisting other departments across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Research dance studio information to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
- Create and process shipping labels for mailers and packages.
- Assemble new studio packets for distribution.
- Track outreach efforts, monitor success, and update records accordingly.
- Assist with special projects as needed by the administrative and events team.
- Maintain inventory and stock of supplies.
- Support overall office efficiency and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic administrative tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
