Position Overview
We are hiring a Mobile Auto Detailing Technician to perform interior, exterior, and full vehicle details at client locations.
This position requires the use of your personal vehicle (SUV, truck, or van preferred), which will be temporarily equipped with detailing tools and equipment as we continue expanding our fleet.
Experience is a plus, but not required — we provide structured training for individuals who are motivated and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior, exterior, and full vehicle detailing services
- Follow company processes and meet Showroom Auto Spa quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers onsite
- Ensure each vehicle meets final inspection standards before completion
- Properly use detailing tools, equipment, and products
- Maintain organization of equipment and workspace
- Assist with onsite service recommendations when appropriate (training provided)
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No degree required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle (SUV, truck, or van preferred)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual
Compensation Structure
Showroom Auto Spa offers a multi-structured pay system, which may include:
- Hourly earnings
- Performance-based commissions
- Upsell incentives
- Customer tips
- Additional performance opportunities
Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Some Saturdays based on workload
- Part-time to start with, opportunity for increased hours as the company grows
Training includes detailing techniques, product knowledge, and customer experience standards.

This role involves temporarily using your personal vehicle for mobile operations as we continue expanding our company fleet. This is an opportunity to grow with the company and transition into expanded roles as we scale.
