We are based in LaVergne, TN and use company vehicles to serve customers as far as Franklin and Lebanon, with the majority of our customers in Brentwood, Nollensville, Murfreesboro, Smyrna/LaVergne, Nashville, and Mt. Juliet.
Duties
- Detailing Services- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, boats, RVs, and more as you deliver both interior and exterior detailing services, including vacuuming, washing, and waxing. Eventually you will also learn buffing and ceramic coating.
- Fleet Cleaning- Occasional evening hours cleaning Amazon delivery fleet vehicles
- Travel to/from Customers- We take the detail shop to our customers in company vehicles, which you'll meet at the beginning of the work day and return the same spot at the end of the day.
- On site work area Set-Up/BreakDown- help us maintain a safe, efficient, organized workspace and keep our vehicles and equipment in good working order.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure the best results while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining and selling appropriate detailing services and pricing, and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Drive vehicles safely as required during the detailing process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards in all detailing tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in detailing is welcome but not mandatory. Must have the ability/desire to learn through hands-on apprenticeship.
- Conduct yourself with respect, integrity, professional work-ethic, punctuality, and good common sense.
- Be in generally good health with the ability to work outdoors in the Tennessee summer heat during the summer, and cold during the winter. Must be able to lift a 100 pound generator on and off the truck/van on a daily basis (that's our heaviest piece of equipment) and able to climb a ladder for RV detailing.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to consistent delivery of high-quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess ability valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a smart phone.

Pay: $17.50 - $27.00 per hour
