What You’ll Do
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
- Pull, prep, and stage AV equipment for upcoming shows with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with AV Technicians to confirm equipment lists and event requirements are fully met.
- Handle check-in and return of AV gear, ensuring proper placement and functionality.
- Manage cross-rental gear: pickup, return, and quality control.
- Assist with inventory management, record keeping, and warehouse processed.
- Support event logistics with equipment deliveries and pickups when needed.
- Occasionally assist at events with onsite set and strike of equipment.
- Inspect, test, clean, and perform light refurbishing of equipment to keep everything show-ready.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the AV industry is required — 3 years and knowledge of professional audio, video, and lighting equipment.
- Previous warehouse or show prep experience in a production environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to work overtime during busy event periods.
