What You’ll Do
•Manage customer support via email, phone and website inquiries
•Process orders, returns, and samples in Shopify.
•Track tasks, orders, and accounts in Google Sheets.
•Communicate with clinics, surgeons, distributors, and affiliates
•Send marketing materials and follow-up emails to accounts
•Assist with wholesale orders and invoicing in QuickBooks
•Use Canva to customize simple marketing assets
•Help schedule meetings and coordinate internal operations

What We’re Looking For
•Strong organization and written communication skills
•Comfortable learning Shopify, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, and Canva
•Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
•Able to work independently in a remote environment
