Lead Operations & Client Relationship CoordinatorWe are seeking a Lead Intake & Client Relationship Coordinator to join our fast-growing real estate investment and home-buying company. This person will play a critical role in converting inbound marketing leads, following up with existing leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth scheduling and lead-flow management.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads from phone calls, web forms, ads, and marketing campaignsFollow up with warm and cold company leads to maintain engagementBuild rapport with homeowners and understand their property needsQualify leads to determine motivation, property condition, and timelineMaintain consistent communication via phone, text, and emailOrganize and track leads in the company CRMUpdate notes, statuses, follow-up tasks, and documentationMaintain accurate lead flow and pipeline progressionSchedule appointments for evaluations, consultations, and follow-up callsCoordinate with the acquisitions team for accurate schedulingConfirm appointments and handle reschedulesProvide exceptional support and service to homeownersMust-Have Requirements Flexible scheduleCoachable and open to learning systems and scriptsPrior customer service or phone experienceReliable transportationOwn a computer with reliable internet Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage a high volume of daily callsPreferred (not required)Experience in real estate, home services, or salesFamiliarity with CRM systemsBilingual (English/Spanish)What We Offer - Be part of a team that's uplifting, supportive, and committed to winning together.
