Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize sales opportunities
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating product knowledge, and maintaining professional phone etiquette
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and sales processes simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, outbound sales strategies, and B2B (business-to-business) sales approaches
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing tools used in dealership environments
- Outstanding public speaking skills for presentations and promotional events
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting; previous dealership experience is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math, retail psychology, and organizational skills necessary for effective upselling and closing deals
