Car Sales Associate
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including features and pricing
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle inspections
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and pricing
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as cold calling and follow-up communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Assist with inventory control and management
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities
- Excellent math skills for calculations related to pricing, financing, and discounts
- Retail math knowledge to accurately calculate discounts, taxes, and fees
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Market awareness to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
