Short Term Rental Manager LLC is a growing property management company serving clients across the short-term rental industry. We're hiring a detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our Tempe-area team and take ownership of our trust account reconciliation process.
This is a part-time role, most weeks will be under 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday, flexible within business hours. The position is hybrid with some WFH possible after training. Ideal candidates are professional, experienced bookkeeper's who want meaningful, focused work without a full-time schedule.
What You'll Actually Do
The core of this job is 3-way trust account reconciliation. You'll manage general ledger entries, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, process owner statements, handle AP/AR, and support TPT reporting and annual tax prep (1099s, W-2s). You'll also help set up financial systems for new properties and occasionally support a bookkeeping assistant.
It's detail work. Deadline-driven. You'll need to stay organized across multiple client accounts snd softwares at once.

What We're Looking For
- Solid bookkeeping background, ideally with some real estate or property management exposure
- Strong QuickBooks Online skills (this is the real must-have)
- Experience with trust account or 3-way reconciliation
- Comfortable working independently in a small office environment

- $23–$26/hour depending on experience
- Under 20 hours/week, flexible scheduling
- Onsite in Tempe (Hybrid)
- Weekly pay, paid training, PTO, sick time
Salary : $23 - $26
