What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Airbnb Cleaner $20+hr. - Manhattan, KS position at Short Stays Worldwide?
Thank you for your interest in the cleaning position, here is a basic description of what the job entails. I manage several Airbnb's in Manhattan, Lawrence, and Kansas City.

I am looking for someone to cover checkouts either during the weekdays (Monday - Friday ) between 11a - 3p
AND/OR
during the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) between 11a - 3p
The basic duties include:
- Changing beds, washing & drying all linens and towels
- Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms
- Emptying any room trash into kitchen trash and emptying it after each guest.
- Wiping down sink, counters, and table in the kitchen
- Washing, drying, & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion)
- Sweep / Vacuum the floors
- Mop
- Generally keep common areas clean & tidy
- ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED
All tasks generally take around 1 - 2 hours to complete.
The pay is $40 per checkout paid via direct deposit within 7-10 business days.
Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short-term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week or none at all.
But on average I get around 10 - 20 reservations a month ranging from 1 to 5 days.
