We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a positive service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend necessary maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition
- Prepare and explain repair orders, estimates, and invoices
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs
- Keep customers informed of vehicle status and any changes to cost or completion time
- Promote service specials, maintenance plans, and manufacturer recommendations
- Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
- Follow dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Sales-oriented mindset with integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc. preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving records
- Day/Night Shift with rotating Saturdays
