Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in hardscape, tree care, landscaping, and general lawn maintenance. Duties: - Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming - Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall landscape - Apply fertilizers and pesticides to promote healthy growth - Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls - Prune trees and shrubs to ensure proper growth and appearance - Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various landscaping tasks - Assist with the construction of outdoor structures such as fences or decks - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred - Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques - Ability to dig, plant, and maintain trees and shrubs - Familiarity with tree trimming practices - Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools - Proficiency in using hand tools for various landscaping tasks - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently We offer opportunities for career growth within our company.
