Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lawn Care Crew Member to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in outdoor work, enjoys being part of a team, and has prior lawn care or landscaping experience. Our company services residential and commercial properties in the Sumner County area.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of lawn care or landscaping experience required
- Experience operating equipment such as zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required
- Candidate must be willing and able to work a schedule averaging 50–60 hours per week, depending on operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing properties
- Assisting with property cleanups and general landscape maintenance
- Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment safely
- Working efficiently as part of a crew to complete daily routes
