We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Coordinator. This is an entry-level role and a great starting point for a long-term career in purchasing and supply chain operations.
- Support 2–3 Buyers by managing their purchase order (PO) activity
- Follow up on open orders, check for updates, and make changes in our system (SXE) as needed
- Respond to assigned support tickets related to vendor orders (around 5–6 per day; more during peak times)
- Help track and confirm order details, such as shipping notices and pricing changes (including ASN and EDI tracking)
- Build strong communication with vendors, Buyers, and the Purchasing Manager to keep everything running smoothly
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 6 months of experience in procurement, distribution, or warehousing
- Basic knowledge of inventory or vendor coordination is a plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A team-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn
