Barista – Café Team Member
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic Barista to join our team at our Brewster café!
This is a cross-trained café position, so while coffee is a big part of the job, our team works together. You’ll also help with the register/front counter, smoothies and açaí bowls, restocking and keeping the café running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffees, teas and handcrafted beverages
- Take orders and provide great customer service
- Prepare smoothies and açaí bowls
- Keep the bar and café clean, stocked and organized
- Learn seasonal drinks and new menu offerings
- Jump in wherever the team needs you during busy shifts
- Follow food safety and allergy-awareness procedures
Who we’re looking for:
Barista or café experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person. More important to us is finding someone who is reliable, friendly, willing to learn, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing a job well.
You should be someone who shows up for your scheduled shifts, communicates well and understands that a great café takes a team.
We’re in an exciting stage of growing and elevating our Brewster location with specialty coffee, handcrafted drinks, seasonal offerings, catering, events and more. We want team members who are excited to learn, bring ideas to the table and grow with us.

Position: Part-time Barista / Café Team | weekend availability is required
