The ideal candidate has experience in the tile, flooring, construction, or building materials industry and possesses strong communication, troubleshooting, and relationship-building skills.

This position is responsible for providing technical product support, jobsite assistance, product demonstrations, training, and installation guidance for PROFLEX flooring and tile installation systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for PROFLEX products and installation systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations, contractor trainings, lunch-and-learns, and educational seminars.
- Assist distributors, contractors, architects, and end users with product selection and application recommendations.
- Support the sales team by helping develop specifications and resolving technical concerns.
- Visit jobsites to inspect installations and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare written field reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and jobsite visits.
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, customer service, product development, and marketing.
- Stay current on industry standards, installation methods, and competitive products.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed.
- Help drive product awareness and market growth throughout the Florida territory.
