Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable, consultative support to customers by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products, programs, and solutions.
Process quotes and sales orders promptly and accurately.
Research products and services as needed to support customer inquiries.
Maintain Showroom Displays And Warehouse Inventory To Company Standards.
Perform cycle counts and assist with order fulfillment using appropriate tools and equipment.
Support customers with loading materials into vehicles when necessary.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and service.
Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, Hazmat, and company safety policies; report incidents or concerns promptly.
Participate actively in training and continuous learning opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in sales, warehouse, or customer service.
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn product management software.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers in person and by phone.
Demonstrated work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Analytical skills to research products, enter data accurately, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Ability to lift and handle items up to 80 pounds routinely.
Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
