Now Hiring for: Bartenders (Full Time and Part Time)
An Elegant Lakefront Meeting Place, built in 1890 as a 23-room summer home for Samuel Mather, this century-old lakefront mansion serves as the historic and prestigious Shoreby Club of Bratenahl, Ohio.
Shoreby Club is looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding members’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wage (non-tipping facility).
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons
- Interact with guests, take orders
- Assess members needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to be active for long periods of time
Qualifications
- Driver's License
