Key Responsibilities
- Washing & Sanitizing: Loading/unloading dishwashers, scraping food, washing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to health code standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning work tables, sinks, walls, and emptying trash.
- Equipment Care: Keeping dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and reporting malfunctions.
- Sanitation Logs: Maintaining temperature and sanitation logs for dish machines.
- Stocking & Storage: Storing clean items, assisting with food/supply storage, dating, labeling, and rotation.
- Dietary Assistance: Helping with food prep, tray assembly, serving, or delivering meals to residents as needed.
