What are the responsibilities and job description for the CVM Tech/Nurse Aide position at Shore Medical Center?
Job Summary
To provide direct, basic patient care activities under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse. To provide care and cleaning of specific equipment, stocking of supplies and equipment and the transportation of patients, supplies and equipment. To provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients through a continuous video monitoring system.
Minimum Requirements
• Previous clinical and/or hospital experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Current nursing student or CNA (will consider a non certified candidate with minimum two years hospital Nurses Aide experience)
• Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pull
Salary Range - $17.50 - $24.76 hourly (Based on experience)
