Job Summary
Management, scheduling and supervision on daily service operations. Responsible for observing works loads. Communicate with office staff, dispatchers, technicians, CSS/sales and resolve customer’s issues. Works under minimal supervision; a wide degree of latitude and independent judgment are required in the performance of position objectives.

Essential Functions
- Scheduling and supervision of daily service operations
- Responsible for observing workloads, scheduling inner office responsibilities
- Authorize repairs (customers-full maintenance repairs)
- Maintain work in process and adequate staffing to meet the service department needs for efficient operations and profitability.
- Confer with customers as required for problems/solution resolution and proper supervisor of equipment repair and maintenance
- Continuously monitor department goals, objective and policies to assure high quality service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain positive communications with the service staff and company managers
- Work with A/R, Manager, CSS, Sales and customer billing issues
- Discuss and recommend to the Branch Manager with salaries, job performance and changes that need to be made
- Ride with technicians and note suggestions or improvements needed.
- Establish mentors for new technicians
- Review all expenses to insure they stay within budget.
- Review vehicle expense and suggest replacement when appropriate
- 8 years’ experience as a “hands-on” forklift, heavy equipment, heavy truck, automotive or agricultural equipment technician
- 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position
- Clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
