We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support our in‑house General Counsel and transaction leadership team. This is a highly visible position that plays a critical role in real estate transactions, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management across a diverse portfolio of entities and projects.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, comfortable managing complex documentation, and confident working with senior leaders, outside counsel, and cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, comfortable managing complex documentation, and confident working with senior leaders, outside counsel, and cross‑functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain corporate records, entity documents, organizational charts, and multi‑state filings
- Oversee corporate filings, compliance deadlines, and regulatory submissions
- Serve as the initial reviewer for key agreements including:
- Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Vendor Contracts
- Fee & Commission Agreements
- Attorney Retainer Agreements
- Coordinate with in‑house and outside counsel on entity formation and documentation for real estate transactions
- Support ownership structuring and review of transaction‑related entity documents
- Assist with due diligence organization and loan transaction closings as needed
- Work closely with Accounting on intercompany loan documentation and amendments
- Monitor and manage FinCEN / Corporate Transparency Act filings
- Manage insurance policies, renewals, coverage evaluations, and claims
- Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and risk management requirements
- Prepare correspondence, filings, and transactional documentation
- Handle additional legal and transactional tasks as business needs arise
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, closing processes, terminology, and documentation
- Experience working with multiple corporate entities and ownership structures
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- High degree of discretion and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and external partners
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, and document management systems
- 3 years of experience as a corporate legal secretary or paralegal
- Corporate paralegal experience required
- Real estate and transaction/closing experience strongly preferred
- College degree or business certificate preferred
- Paralegal training or certification is a plus
- Work closely with senior leadership in a respected real estate investment firm
- Broad exposure to real estate transactions and corporate governance
- Stable organization with a long‑standing reputation in the industry

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
