About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused General Sales Representative to support business development efforts across our finance division and law firm operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building relationships, identifying client needs, and driving revenue growth in a professional services environment.
You will work closely with both teams to educate prospects, convert leads, and provide a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for both the finance company and law firm through outreach, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing and client onboarding.
- Understand and communicate financial products (such as loans, credit-related services, or financial solutions) and legal service offerings to prospective clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while explaining complex services in clear, client-friendly terms.
- Track all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoff and accurate service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across both business units.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive offerings in both finance and legal sectors.
- Attend events, networking opportunities, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in finance, legal services, or professional services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and legal conversations with discretion and accuracy.
- Self-driven with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Ability to understand and explain product features, legal services, and value propositions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fintech, lending, legal sales, or financial advisory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
