Shuttle Drivers are responsible for graciously assisting members and employees for special events. Of primary importance is excellent member service and team attitude. 

DUTIES OR FUNCTIONS

• Always provide world class service to Membership and their Guests.
• Carry a highly professional demeanor, be adaptable, flexible and adhere to a strict level of confidentiality.
• Safely drive members, guests and employees to and from the club to other venues in Jackson.
• Valet cars.
• Clean and maintain neat appearance of vehicles.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors about changes in plans s.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous work experience at a golf facility preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Clean driving record
• Must possess excellent and gracious service attitude
• Must communicate effectively in English. Oral, and written skills are required as much communication is done via radio.
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess the ability to interact with members and staff on all levels in a professional, positive, and friendly manner

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Driving skills.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Perform bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing.
• Walking, pushing, pulling, lifting and grasping.
• Verbal and listening ability.
• Requires ability to visually observe the condition of surroundings.
• Ability to work in inclement weather working conditions at times.
• Problem solving and rationalizing.
