What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at SHOOTING STAR JH LLC?
The Concierge is the initial point of contact at Shooting Star. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide outstanding service to Club members. This position facilitates Club reservations, communications, event information, and registration for Members. The Concierge will serve as a Club Ambassador by maintaining an outgoing, personable, courteous demeanor, as well as a neat and professional appearance. They will ensure Members and their guests experience a gracious arrival and experience while at the Clubhouse.
The Concierge will arrange for internal and external activity bookings at the Club and surrounding areas. Must be knowledgeable about Jackson Hole, local businesses, and experiences that would appeal to Membership. Internally, they will coordinate with the other departments in the pursuit of assisting Members to enhance their Shooting Star experiences.
Will provide intuitive and responsive service to membership. Contributes to the team with ideas, communication, and flexibility. Anticipates and proactively solves problems before they arise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pleasantly welcome everyone entering the Clubhouse
• Strong writing, telephone and interpersonal communication skills
• Assist Members in coordinating Shooting Star dining and event reservations in courteous and professional manner
• Reply to requests via email: dining reservations, event registration and inquiries, concierge inquiries, assisting Members with administrative needs
• Promote Club events through various forms of written and electronic communication
• Create flyers, signs, maps, chalkboard advertisements, and menus for Club activities
• Collaborate with all departments
• Consistently tidy lobby areas and ensure Member amenities are fully stocked
• Maintain an organized, fully stocked, and fresh coffee bar
• Ensure the Tower fruit bowl is consistently stocked with fresh and clean fruit
• Complete regular Clubhouse walkthroughs and report needed repairs or areas requiring attention to Engineering or Housekeeping.
