Role Description
As a full-time Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services for heating and cooling systems. Key daily tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. You will also interact with customers to address their service needs and ensure their satisfaction. This is an on-site position located in Livonia, MI.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, including preventive maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving system issues
- Commitment to ensuring excellent customer satisfaction in all interactions
- Certification or knowledge of EPA standards and regulations
- Ability to work on-site in Metro Detroit and provide exceptional customer service
- Relevant technical certifications or licenses are preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in HVAC at least 3 years experience.
- Valid Drivers License
