Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role based in Metro Detroit, MI. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As well as residential and commercial installation. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, providing preventive maintenance, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Expertise in residential and/or commercial HVAC installation
- EPA certification and knowledge of environmental and safety regulations in the HVAC industry
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC systems is a plus
- Previous experience in HVAC service or installation is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
