Shohola Veterinary Hospital is looking for a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our privately owned, well-established small animal practice in beautiful Shohola, Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, compassionate medical care to small animal patients
• Perform wellness, preventive, and medical appointments
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
• Perform routine surgical procedures based on experience and interest
• Develop your skills and professional interests in veterinary dentistry and/or integrative medicine
• Educate clients about preventive care, dental health, nutrition, and overall wellness
• Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets
• Collaborate with our veterinary team to provide excellent patient care

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a DVM or equivalent degree
• Has an active or eligible Pennsylvania veterinary license
• Has a solid foundation in small animal medicine and surgery
• Has an interest in veterinary dentistry
• Has an interest in integrative, holistic, or whole-patient veterinary care
• Communicates clearly and compassionately with clients and coworkers
• Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team
• Is committed to continued learning and professional development
• Brings kindness, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the workplace
