Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently using proper food handling techniques
- Sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces in accordance with health standards
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering items as needed
- Keep the dining area tidy by sweeping floors, emptying trash bins, and organizing supplies
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks when required
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards
- Experience in bussing tables and supporting food service operations
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required—training provided!
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with catering or hotel service environments is a plus
