We are a busy and fast-growing restaurant looking for a dependable Assistant Manager to help support daily operations and create a smooth, positive experience for our customers ⸻
Responsibilities:
-Support front-of-house operations during service
-Monitor service flow and ensure customers are taken care of
-Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
-Assist with staff coordination and communication
-Step in and support the team during busy hours
-Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards
-Post simple content on Instagram and Facebook (2–3 times per week)
What We’re Looking For:
-Previous restaurant experience preferred
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to stay calm and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
-Able to work evenings and weekends
Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience )
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
