Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area for guests
- Assist with bussing tables by removing used dishes, silverware, glassware, and trash efficiently
- Support food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and assisting kitchen staff when needed
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils thoroughly to uphold sanitation standards
- Help with food handling duties during catering or banquet events to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and dishwashing areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Support the culinary team with basic food prep tasks and ensure all food handling procedures meet safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests
