We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Kitchen Cook to prepare high‑quality menu items for both in‑house dining and takeout orders. The ideal candidate will consistently follow recipes and portioning standards, maintain food safety and sanitation, work efficiently during peak periods, and collaborate closely with front‑of‑house staff to ensure accurate, timely service and properly packaged orders for pickup or delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to specification for dine‑in and takeout
- Plate and garnish in‑house orders and package takeout for safe transport
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and kitchen sanitation
- Assist with prep work, inventory control, and receiving deliveries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced kitchen
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, recipe adherence, and food safety
