What You Will Do
Receive, vet, and prioritize maintenance and repair calls. Determine if vendor services are required; contact local vendors for pricing and scheduling. Alert Regional and District Managers as needed. Review estimates, solicit and compare multiple quotes. Coordinate with Store Operations, contractors, tenants, and the Landlord team. Clearly document issues, conversations, and actions in a shared log. Assign and oversee vendor work, ensuring completion and quality.
