Description
We are seeking a Certified Recreational Therapist to plan and lead therapeutic recreation programming for children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral health needs.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, the Recreational Therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate engaging group-based activities focused on areas such as social skills, coping strategies, creative arts, stress management, adventure therapy, and more. This role is ideal for someone who brings creativity, structure, and compassion to support young patients on their healing journey.

Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy or related field
- Certified through the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC)
Preferred:
- 1–3 years of experience in a psychiatric setting with youth
