What You’ll Do
- Lead Admissions Staff — Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for a dedicated clinical admissions team.
- Guide Patient Flow — Oversee referrals, admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure timely, accurate, and patient-centered transitions.
- Ensure Clinical Excellence — Review documentation, assessments, and initial treatment plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Support High-Acuity Cases — Offer clinical guidance and escalation support for complex or urgent admissions.
- Drive Quality & Compliance — Participate in audits, monitor regulatory standards, and champion best practices.
- Collaborate Across Departments — Work closely with nursing, medical staff, and leadership to optimize throughput and enhance patient experience.
- Champion Patient-Centered Care — Support families, uphold patient rights, and promote culturally responsive care.

What You Bring
- Current RN license (Montana or compact state)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Experience in admissions and at least 2 years in healthcare, behavioral health, or inpatient care
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and support staff through challenging situations
- Familiarity with EHR systems and regulatory standards
