Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of a warehouse or distribution center. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products while ensuring accuracy, safety, and inventory integrity. The Warehouse Associate works as part of a team to maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment and may operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed.

The Warehouse Associate works as part of a team to maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment and may operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed.
Qualifications
Duties:
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Inspect products for defects and damage.
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
- Abide by all company safety and regulations.
- Operate forklift or other heavy machinery as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven warehouse experience
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems.
- Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
- Team player with organizational skills.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, bend and/or squat for 10 hours in a day.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 Ibs at a time.
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing facility environment.
