Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports daily packaging, labeling, and production activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

·         Accurately weigh, package, and label products according to company specifications and quality standards

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area at all times

·         Meet or exceed daily production and efficiency targets

·         Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and workplace policies

·         Assist with inventory counts, product tracking, and basic entry as needed

·         Identify and report product, material, or equipment issues to the Lead or Supervisor

·         Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications

·         Prior experience in warehouse, packaging, or production environment preferred

·         Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, repetitive setting

·         Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately

·         Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity

·         Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

·         Must meet all applicable employment eligibility and background requirements

Work Environment

This role operates in a warehouse/production setting. Noise levels and activity may vary throughout the day. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
