Responsibilities
- Load probes, fixtures, and parts into the CMM following visual guides.
- Run pre-written CMM programs and exchange parts between cycles.
- Follow standard work instructions and report any anomalies.
- Ability to identify and correct simple setup errors.
- Interpret CMM output data and escalate quality issues.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Basic equipment handling and adherence to SOPs.
- Use of hand tools for fixture setup.
- Familiarity with CMM software interface (e.g., PC-DMIS).Familiarity with CMM software interface (e.g., PC-DMIS).
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 10360, and GD&T is preferred.
