CDL-A Midwest Regional Truck Driver - Drivers Pay up to $0.70 CPM

CMM Trucking is excited to add this new opportunity to our fleet and bring on a Regional Class A Company Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently across this designated region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a tractor-trailer with manual transmission, and handle diverse cargo in the refrigerated goods section. Requirements

Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver Role and Responsibilities:

• Run Class A Reefer freight throughout the Midwest as a professional truck driver
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the road.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo documentation, and delivery records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel usage and vehicle maintenance.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns before and after each shift.
• Prioritize safety with every decision.

Reefer Class A CDL Truck Driver Skills, Experience, Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record with two or fewer minor moving violations; or a combination of two accidents and minor moving violations in the past three years; and no major violations in the past three years.
• 2 year of recent solo 53' tractor-trailer experience with your Class A CDL required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, DOT physical.
• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Must be able to successfully complete a full pre-trip inspection during a road evaluation.
• Experience driving refrigerated trailers.
• Ability to work independently on regional routes with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety standards. Join us in delivering excellence on every mile! Pay: $0.65 - $0.70 per mile
