We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 / Cerner Millennium CCL Lead to support large-scale EHR migration and data transformation initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Cerner Command Language (CCL), data extraction, and healthcare workflows, along with strong collaboration skills across clinical and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document clinical workflows across healthcare environments
Translate business and clinical requirements into technical specifications
Design, develop, test, and optimize CCL scripts within Cerner Millennium
Perform complex data extraction, validation, and reconciliation
Support EHR data migration and legacy system retirement initiatives
Develop and maintain ETL processes and data feeds
Troubleshoot performance issues and data integration challenges
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and technical teams
Communicate technical constraints to non-technical audiences
Support batch jobs and environments following enterprise standards
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
