Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of items including breads, cakes, pastries, and other desserts.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair to enhance presentation.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
- Follow recipes accurately while also being open to experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus or special event offerings.
- Package finished products for display or catering orders.
Requirements
