Start here, because this part matters most

We're not filling a seat for the summer. We're not looking for someone to hold on until something better comes along. We're looking for the person who's tired of bouncing between warehouses every eight months and wants to plant their feet somewhere that actually rewards effort.

Here's the honest pitch: this job is physical, it moves fast, and we keep score. Some people hate that. What you'll actually be doing

You're the reason someone's order shows up on time. Every day, orders from the brands we fulfill hit our system, and you're the one who goes and gets them.

An iPad on your picking cart tells you where to walk. Lights on the cart tell you which tote the item drops into. You scan, you confirm, you move to the next location. Then you do it again, and again, and you get faster at it than you thought you could.

That's the whole loop. It's simple on purpose. What separates a good picker from a great one isn't complexity; it's rhythm, accuracy, and not wasting steps.

Your day, realistically

• You're on your feet the entire shift. Thousands of steps. Your watch will be very impressed with you by 10 a.m.
• You're walking aisles, reaching, bending, lifting. Most items are light, some aren't.
• You're following the tech, not fighting it. The iPad and the light system exist to make you fast. Trust them and you'll fly.
• You're accountable for accuracy. A wrong item in a tote becomes a customer complaint, a return, and a hit to our client's brand. We take that seriously and so will you. We're all humans, mistakes happen - but our great pickers don't make the same mistakes twice.
• You're watching your own numbers. Units per hour, accuracy rate, personal bests. So is everyone else.

The competitive part

We post the numbers. People chase them. There are picking records on this floor that have stood for months and people who show up specifically to break them.

Nobody here is trying to embarrass anyone. New hires get real training and a ramp-up period. But once you're up to speed, you'll know exactly where you stand, and so will your team. If seeing your name on a board makes you want to work harder, you're going to have a very good time here.

• Would rather move all day than sit still
• Get satisfaction out of beating yesterday's number
• Show up on time, every time, without being managed into it
• Notice a problem: a mislabeled bin, a short pick face, a jammed cart - and say something instead of walking past it

• Need a job "for now" while you figure out the next thing
• Want to be told exactly what to do every ten minutes
• Think a step-count job sounds exhausting (it is - that's the job)
• Are looking for somewhere quiet to disappear for eight hours

• $20/hour starting, with room to grow as you prove out
• Full-time, permanent, consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (if it's slower, there will be times you can leave early....OR you can go above and beyond and ask for projects to complete)

The physical stuff (the required-to-say-it part)

Essential functions include standing and walking for the duration of the shift, frequent reaching and bending, and lifting up to 60 lbs. Reasonable accommodations available - just ask.

Requirements

• 18 and legally authorized to work in the US
• Comfortable with a handheld/tablet interface (if you can use a smartphone, you're fine)
• Reliable transportation and reliable attendance
• Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'd rather train the right attitude than inherit someone else's bad habits.
