ShinyPearl Maids is growing and looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent 1099 contractors.

COMPENSATION (PER JOB)
- 55% pay for recurring cleanings
- 65% pay for deep cleans & initial cleans
Typical earnings range: $25–$35 /hour, with top performers earning more based on speed and quality.
Pay increases over time with strong performance, consistency, and client satisfaction.
SCHEDULE
- Part-time to start
- Consistent recurring routes available (M/W/F or T/Th/Sat)
- Opportunity to grow into full-time routes as the company expands
- No nights or major holidays required

- Can work independently without supervision
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior residential cleaning experience (preferred or required depending on role)
- Reliable transportation
- Own professional cleaning supplies & equipment
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be able to work independently
