What You’ll Do:
Perform residential and light commercial cleanings (maintenance & occasional deep cleans)
Follow a provided checklist or complete tasks based on client needs (flex services)
Communicate clearly with clients when needed (task prioritization, expectations)
Arrive on time and prepared for each job
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Pay Structure:
Flat-rate jobs (paid per job, not hourly)
Typical earnings: $17–$22/hour equivalent
Pay is agreed upfront and guaranteed, regardless of completion time
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Professional communication skills
Must be dependable and show up on time
