We’re looking for a People Operations Manager, Processing to help build and support a people-first culture inside our Tacoma processing plant.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role at the center of plant operations. You’ll partner closely with plant leadership to ensure employees are supported, paid accurately, trained well, staffed effectively, and working in a safe, respectful, high-standard environment.
