- Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings
- Follow customized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress
- Foster strong relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team focused on client success
- Maintain professionalism and ensure a safe, supportive environment
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified—we’ll help you get there)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and complete required clearances
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local area
- Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference
- Location: Fisk, MO 63940, and surrounding areas (services provided in-home, school, and clinic settings)
- Hours: Flexible scheduling available; full-time (30–40 hours/week) or part-time options
- Rapid Onboarding for Monday to Friday 8:00 – 7:00 PM, additional hours available.
